The first question you might have is:

Is this a trusted website / app?

BD Tech FZ-LLC (brandsday.com) is a Free Zone Limited Liability company registered in Dubai Internet City under the license number 99240, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Additionally, Brandsday is also one of the start ups companies registered under the Incubator program of In5 Tech, an integrated innovation platform launched by TECOM Group in Dubai, creating a distinctive and well-rounded ecosystem for entrepreneurs and start-ups to be incubated and nurtured to their next phase of growth.

 

1. ORDERING

1.1 Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

1.2 How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Register” here (https://brandsday.com/customer/account/create/) and fill in your details.

1.3 How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

1.4 I have problems adding items to my shopping cart

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

1.5 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via major credit and debit cards such as MasterCard, VISA and American Express. We do offer also Cash on Delivery payment method at an extra cost of AED 10.

1.6 Can I amend and cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as the order is not under shipping process yet. Once the order is under processing, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. However, you will be able to initiate a return once you receive the item.

It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

1.7 I have a discount code; how can I use it?

Add voucher or promo code at the box “Promo Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, please note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.

Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

 

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2.1 When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2working days (estimated), excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on United Arab Emirates GST (Gulf Standard Time).

2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

For all orders within UAE, the standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 1 to 3 working days (estimated), excluding weekends and public holidays, from the time of placing your order, depending on our logistics partners and their affiliates.

For all orders outside UAE, the standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 2 to 4 working days (estimated), excluding weekends and public holidays, from the time of placing your order.

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates, depending on our logistics partners and their affiliates.

2.3 How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders in your account section at all times.

2.4 What are the shipping charges like?

For all orders within the United Arab Emirates the Shipping fees are AED10. For all the orders outside the United Arab Emirates the Shipping fees are AED30.

2.5 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

You might contact our customer service center and we will address this immediately for you.

2.6 There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@brandsday.com and we will address this situation at the earliest by shipping the missing item free of charge (if available) or returning the amount to your card or to your account.

2.7 I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?

We apologize if you have received a defective item from us. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@brandsday.com and we will address this situation at the earliest by replacing the item free of charge (if available) or returning the amount to your card or to your account.

2.8 I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@brandsday.com and we will address this situation at the earliest by replacing the item free of charge (if available) or returning the amount to your card or to your account.

2.9 I’ve purchased the wrong size or color

We do not provide exchanges for size or color. We do however, accept returns for products purchased from us. You can refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy here (https://brandsday.com/returns-exchanges) and its procedures.

Sign into your account, and request for a return selecting the order and item you would like to return. We will collect the item and proceed with the return process immediately.

Please note the shipping fees will be charged.

2.10 I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@brandsday.com and we will be able to allocate your order and provide you all information and solutions accordingly.

Remember:

2.11 Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?

All deliveries will be charged to customers with a fee of AED 10 if orders are below AED 250 within United Arab Emirates. For orders above AED250 shipping costs will be free.

For orders outside the United Arab Emirates all deliveries will be charged to customers with a fee of AED30 for orders below AED 300. For orders above AED300 shipping costs will be free.

2.12 I have yet to receive my parcel within the stipulated time frame. Whom can I contact?

You may check the status of your order on your Account. Alternatively please contact our Customer Care Team at support@brandsday.com and we will be able to allocate your order and provide you all information and solutions accordingly.

 

3. ACCOUNT SETTINGS

3.1 How can I customize my profile in the app?

Once you have downloaded the app, you can go to your “Profile” section and click on the top right menu. Select the option “Edit Profile” and you will be able to change your information.

If you want to change the image, click on the image and add your picture.

3.2 How can I hide my profile in the app and make it private?

Once you have downloaded the app, you can go to your “Profile” section and click on the top right menu. Select the option “Edit Profile” and you will be able to make you keep your profile as “private”

3.3 How can I delete my account?

Once you have downloaded the app, you can go to your “Profile” section and click on the top right menu. Select the option “Delete Account” and you will be able to delete your account immediately.

Please note that as per our privacy policy, your account information will be immediately deleted and we will keep the necessary legal information for a specific period of time. After this time frame your profile will be deleted with no access to previous information.

3.4 How can I register as an influencer?

Register in the app and follow the steps. Select “influencer” as a profile and you will be redirected to the influencer profile.

An influencer is an expert advisor on a specific category that might help customers to make a decision on a purchase intention. You qualify as an expert or advisor if your sales are above a specific sales generated amount per month.

In that case you will receive a % commission calculated on your revenue generated that must be above the minimum sales generated amount. The % you receive will vary from product to product since some categories will have higher margins than others.

The Terms and Conditions will be signed separately between You and the company BD Tech FZ-LLC once you decide to register and operate as an Influencer / Expert Advisor.
