SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 

Free Shipping and Shipping Costs

We offer Standard free shipping on all orders above AED 300.

For orders below AED 300 within the United Arab Emirates the cost of the shipping is AED 10.

For orders below AED 300 outside the United Arab Emirates the cost of the shipping is AED 30.

 

Cash on Delivery Payments

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a Payment Option.

For orders within the United Arab Emirates the cost of COD payment is AED 15.

For orders outside the United Arab Emirates the cost of COD payment is AED 34.

We will not accept Cash on Delivery as a Payment Option for orders above AED 2,000.

 

Shipping Time

We offer an estimated standard shipping time from 1 to 3 business days for the United Arab Emirates orders.  

For International orders we offer an estimated standard shipping time from 2 to 4 business days.

 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

You will be able to track your order status in the application at any time.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

 

  • Saudi Arabia
  • Jordan
  • Oman
  • Qatar
  • Kuwait
  • Lebanon
  • Bahrain

 

Free Standard shipping is valid on international orders above AED 300

 

Customs process & VAT Duties

All prices on our website include the 5% VAT applicable in the United Arab Emirates.

 

For orders exceeding the high value threshold, an additional custom duty, taxes, clearance and handling fees must apply. These costs are calculated at the checkout and you will be able to pay these in advance to avoid extra charges upon delivery.

 

The shipping company might contact you to obtain a copy of your ID in order to complete the customs procedure. No payments will be required. In case a representative of the shipping company asks for any payment please contact our customers service team.

 

  • What is customs clearance? Customs clearance is a necessary process before items can be imported or exported internationally by air or sea. During this process, the shipper provides the country's customs authority specific documentation to determine any applicable taxes or duties on the item. The type of documents required usually depends on the type of item, country of origin, and destination country.

If the item clears, the delivery can continue on to its destination. Examples of export/import documentation include:

·       Commercial Invoice

·       Packing List

·       Bill of Lading

·       Insurance Certificate

·       Certificate of Origin

 

Brandsday will take care of this process through the shipping company and will charge the customers when needed.

 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 

·       Examples of other shipping restrictions are:

·       Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

·       Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

·       Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

·       To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed before 12pm

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

You will be able to decide if you prefer to cancel the order at that time.
